At GemStore.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing genuine natural gemstones and a transparent return process. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, certificates, invoices, and accessories (if applicable).
Not be damaged, altered, resized, or modified after delivery.
Not be a custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially ordered item.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Customized or engraved jewelry.
Custom-cut gemstones.
Products modified at the customer’s request.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product,
A defective gemstone,
An incorrect item,
A product different from your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support team.
Receive return authorization instructions.
Securely pack the product with all original documents.
Ship the package using a reliable courier service to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

GemStore.pk will pay the return shipping cost only if:

The wrong product was delivered.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged during shipment.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose:

A refund (if eligible), or
Store credit, or
Another product of equal or adjusted value.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.

GemStore.pk reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Pricing errors
Product unavailability
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraud
Technical errors

If we cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

9. International Orders

We ship worldwide.

International customers are also covered by this Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
Customs duties
Import taxes
Courier charges associated with returning products

Any customs duties or taxes paid during import are generally non-refundable unless required by local law.

10. Inspection of Returned Products

Every returned item is inspected before approval.

Refunds or exchanges may be refused if:

The item has been used.
The product is damaged after delivery.
Original certificates or packaging are missing.
The returned item does not match the original order.

11. Restocking Fee

GemStore.pk does not charge any restocking fee for eligible approved returns.
