Natural gemstones, chosen one stone at a time

We list natural stones only — no synthetics, glass or reconstituted material. Every stone is inspected before it goes online, and treatments that are normal for a gem, such as heating of sapphire or oiling of emerald, are disclosed whenever we know of them. A certificate is available on request, and you are welcome to have any stone tested at a lab of your choice during the 7-day return window.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver in Pakistan. You can open the parcel and look at the stone before paying the rider, so you never pay for a stone you have not seen.

Delivery is a flat Rs. 500 per order, however many stones you order. We dispatch within 1–2 working days by insured, tracked courier, and most cities receive their parcel within about 7 working days.

Yes — GemStore delivers to every city in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Bahawalpur and Sargodha, and to smaller towns the courier network reaches. Delivery is the same flat fee everywhere, with Cash on Delivery.

Colour, clarity, cut, origin and treatment all move the price. A vivid, clean, untreated stone can cost many times more per carat than a paler or more included one of the same size. Each GemStore listing is priced on its own, so the price you see is for that exact stone.

You have 7 days from delivery to return a stone for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging (with its certificate, if one was issued). Cash on Delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer once the stone is checked.
